Charlie began his career in the IT department of a regional bank before working as a consultant, designing and implementing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies. In the second act of his career, he transitioned to post-merger integration and private equity, where he specialized in making M&A work.

After seeing both the successes and pitfalls of various investment models, Charlie founded Dune Creek Capital to take a long-term, service-first approach to acquiring and growing technology businesses. His goal is to provide the resources, expertise, and strategic support needed to scale without compromising the culture and service that make businesses successful.

Charlie is the author of the M&A 101, has spoken at technology conferences, and has been featured on multiple technology podcasts. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, majoring in IT Management with a minor in Business Analytics, and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on Finance.
